When he is not on site, Mark can be found either on the water training for his next rowing regatta or at the fire station where he serves as a volunteer fire fighter.

Julio is a structural engineer whose experience began in his home country of Chile. Since relocating to Christchurch 4 years ago, Julio brings with him a wealth of knowledge on local and international design requirements.
Julio's areas of expertise include:
In his spare time Julio enjoys keeping active, either in the gym or outdoors, enjoying a range of activities including rock climbing and hand drawing.
Julio is a member of Engineering New Zealand (MEngNZ) and a member of the Structural Engineering Society of New Zealand (SESOC). He also has a background in architectural studies.

Lucy is the office manager at Viden, and has over 5 years’ experience within the engineering industry. Lucy is responsible for the day to day running of the Viden office.

Outside the office, Lucy is an active member of her book/wine club, and enjoys a good project whether its attempting home DIY or planning her next trip.
Lucy has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Canterbury.
