Why Viden?
Owners and directors, Tim Day and Mark Patterson are both Chartered Professional Engineers who are closely involved in each project.
Viden is a small Christchurch-based consultancy, with a focus on delivering practical and efficient structural engineering. Our team have been involved in construction projects throughout Canterbury, the South Island and New Zealand since 2011.
We work with contractors, architects, councils, public sector organisations, developers and project managers to deliver projects from concept and detailed design through to construction.
We are proud to have been involved in many exciting projects such as the Christchurch Museum Redevelopment, Temporary Hauling Bridges for the Scott Base Redevelopment, modular classrooms throughout New Zealand, the Christchurch Metro Sports Facility, and the Ryman Northwood Retirement Village.
