Bryndwr House

This project saw the client wanting to adopt ‘passive home’ principles to the design of their house. Adopting these principles means following a set of standards that results in a low energy building that requires little energy to heat or cool the space, resulting in a healthier home.

This required engineering considerations in line with principles for a passive home. In addition to this, the client wanted a 4.2m ceiling to be added to the design which meant more technical considerations. Viden were pleased to meet the challenge of the client’s expectations for design and ensure all of their needs were met.
