Passive House

In this project, the builder opted for a 240mm thick wall instead of the standard 90mm thickness. This required Viden to work with an R-Rating Specialist to provide calculations to ensure functionality with this wall thickness as well as align with the architect and builders’ needs for the design.

It required a lot of cross-collaboration and balancing of all stakeholder’s needs to ensure the project was finished to the client’s standards.
